3.  Reports & Accounts for 2002/2003

The accounts of Internet Watch Ltd and Internet Watch Foundation Ltdwere reviewed and approved at this meeting.

 

4.  Appointment of Auditors for 2003/2004

Peters, Elworthy and Moore were reappointed as auditors for the company.
