The accounts of Internet Watch Ltd (a company limited by shares) were approved at this meeting.

 

Appointment of Auditors for 2002/2003

Peters, Elworthy and Moore were reappointed as auditors for the company.

The meeting noted the change of Company Secretary for 2002/2003.

 

The meeting ended at 11.25 am which completed the business of the AGM.
