The Chair opened the meeting at 11 am.

The Meeting approved the minutes of the previous AGM of 27th January 2004
2 Matters Arising
There were no matters arising.
3 Reports & Accounts for 2003/2004
The accounts of Internet Watch Ltd and Internet Watch Foundation Ltd were reviewed and approved at this meeting.
4 Appointment of Auditors for 2003/2004
Peters, Elworthy and Moore were reappointed as auditors for the company.

There was no other business.
The meeting ended at 11.15 am which completed the business of the AGM.
